David Wayne Ryder III

David Ryder grew up in the mountains of Southern California where he gained his passion for sports, fishing and the outdoors. Upon graduating high school he studied thermodynamics and went on to work in HVAC/R, where he also gained skills in plumbing, electrical, and other trades. Since 2017 David has enjoyed living and experiencing all that Montana has to offer. Upon moving to Montana he utilized his experience at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake "the only four diamond resort in Montana" as Director of Engineering. Robert Kirkland Mobley

Owner/Property Manager

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Geology, Kirk worked in the Engineering field for three years in the United States and United Kingdom before shifting focus to property management. Kirk maintained multiple industrial parks and commercial warehouses in the Atlanta Metro Area before moving to Montana, where he has been working in residential property management for the past couple years.
